We grow our own cacao trees deep in the heart of the Yucatán.

 

We harvest our vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, all-spice and chipotle peppers from our groves, located a short distance from the ancient Maya cities of Uxmal and Labná.

 


We gather the Criollo cacao beans when they have fully ripened naturally, and this is how we make the best bean-to-bar artisanal chocolates available anywhere in the world today.
